'You will need a stability ball and mat for this quick workout. We have 15 different exercises. Each exercise will be performed for one minute. After each exercise, we will have 15 seconds to recover before hitting the next exercise. During the recovery, I will briefly explain the upcoming exercise and there will be a visual demo in the upper left-hand corner as well. Modifications will be said, and sometimes listed in the bottom right-hand corner. The main muscle groups that are targeted are the muscles that make up your core. We will also hit glutes and hamstrings in a few of the exercises as well (other muscle groups are worked too (those planks will hit upper and lower), but I\'d consider these the \"main\" focus.
